We are very happy with the 12,000 plus square foot home and Bed and Breakfast that Chuck Edwards has built for us here at La Punta Norte. He is conscientious, professional and well respected in the industry, which makes him and his sub-trades very easy to work with. His attention to detail was extremely important to our specific architectural plan. He is a "hand on" general contractor and he doesn't walk away from the job once it is done. He is always "only a phone call away" to help with any minor adjustments that arise after the project is complete.

All in all, building our home was a very pleasant experience. We would highly recommend C.M. Edwards Construction.

He initially helped to complete a 900 sq. ft. cottage with the installation of cedar ceilings and exterior deck work. Mr. Edwards was awarded the contract to manage construction of the Kroeger residence, Golden Hills Strata, Okanagan Falls. This is a 3600 sq. ft. luxury residence that cascades three storeys down a 40 degree incline, overlooking Skaha Lake. The construction of this house is unique and specialized wood frame. C.M. Edwards Construction handled all aspects of the site management, including tendering of various trades, site co-ordination, and construction labour of the house frame, interior and exterior finishing. Please be advised that I contracted the building of my home in Naramata to C.M. Edwards Construction. I found Mr. Chuck Edwards to be ethical, honest and concerned about my needs throughout the building process. These traits were of particular importance as we were living in Calgary at the time and all our communication regarding the building of this home was done via the telephone.

I heartily recommend C.M. Edwards Construction for their quality work and Chuck personally for his integrity of character and professionalism.

In July, 1992 we entered a contract with the above-named to construct our home in Naramata, B.C. The house is approximately 4,000 sq. ft. in size between the two floors and contains some enhancements such as two fireplaces, built-in vacuum system, air conditioning, etc.

Our contract with the above was on the basis of the contractor doing basement, framing and finishing, plus organizing all material acquisitions and sub-trades through to completion of the house. We, as owners, were responsible for all material, contractor and sub-trade costs. In addition, we paid a mangement fee to the above which included his services to obtain quotations, consult and make recommendations to us.

I am pleased to say that Mr. Edwards fulfilled the contract in a very timely and organized fashion. He was accommodating and flexible with us as owners with any changes that occurred. He supervised sub-trades closely and ensured compliance with their respective contracts and quotations.

We are very satisfied with the overall house construction and would not hesitate to use the services of C.M. Edwards Construction again.
